A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. The Whipple Pinz Giveaway is a promotional sweepstakes and is subject to the following Official Rules.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted within five (5) days after the Promotion Period ends.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winner will be notified via email. The selected winner must respond within 48 hours or an alternate winner may be selected.
Sponsor may require the winner to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release before prize delivery.

General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
1. Sponsor
The Whipple Pinz Giveaway is sponsored and operated by Whipple Pinz (“Sponsor”).
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Shopify, or any other platform.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who:
• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Are legal residents of jurisdictions where sweepstakes promotions are permitted by law
Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of Whipple Pinz are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with all local laws and regulations.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway entry period begins when the promotion is announced on the Whipple Pinz website and ends on the date listed on the giveaway page.
Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter the Whipple Pinz Giveaway:
Purchase Entry Method
Participants may enter the giveaway by purchasing eligible products from the Whipple Pinz website.
Each product may include bonus giveaway entries as described on the product page.
Example:
• 1 Random Whipple Pin = 24 Entries
• 3 Pack Bundle = 74 Entries
Entries awarded through purchases are considered promotional bonus entries.
Free Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary)
Participants may also enter the giveaway for free by completing the Free Entry Form available on the Whipple Pinz website.
Free entries will receive the same consideration as purchase entries and have the same odds of winning.
Limit one free entry submission per person unless otherwise stated.
5. Random Product Selection
Products sold on the Whipple Pinz website may contain randomly selected pin designs.
Pins are selected at random from available inventory. Specific characters, styles, or designs cannot be requested or guaranteed.
Images displayed on the website are for visual representation purposes only and do not guarantee that any particular pin will be received.
Duplicate pins may occur when ordering multiple products.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
$1,000 USD Cash Prize
The prize will be awarded to the verified winner via an agreed payment method such as PayPal, bank transfer, or another mutually agreed option.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
The drawing will take place after the giveaway closes.
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided during entry.
8. Winner Verification
The selected winner may be required to verify their identity and eligibility before the prize is awarded.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within a reasonable time period, another winner may be selected.
9. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
10. Public Announcement
By entering the giveaway, participants agree that the Sponsor may announce the winner publicly on the Whipple Pinz website or official social media platforms.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Whipple Pinz and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
• Technical errors
• Website interruptions
• Lost or delayed entries
• Unauthorized access to entries
12. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
• Attempts to manipulate or tamper with the entry process
• Violates these Official Rules
• Uses fraudulent or automated entry methods
13. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Whipple Pinz Privacy Policy and will only be used for the administration of this promotion.
14. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the giveaway and selection of the winner are final.
15. Agreement to Rules
By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

17. Right to Modify or End Promotion
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway promotion at any time, including ending the promotion earlier than the originally advertised end date, if necessary.
Such actions may occur due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
• fraud
• technical failures
• errors in the administration of the promotion
• unauthorized intervention
• or any other cause that affects the integrity or proper operation of the giveaway
If the promotion is terminated early, the Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the time of termination.
Sponsor also reserves the right to modify the entry period, prize details, or promotional structure if necessary to ensure the fairness and proper administration of the giveaway.
All decisions made by the Sponsor regarding the promotion are final.
